Evan Frankel
Evan Frankel is the principal of 4CG. He was President & CEO of OTTO Health, a venture-backed telemedicine company, where he led a turnaround — restructuring the business, driving a full product rebuild to product-market fit, and raising a $3M bridge round to fund it. He most recently founded a two-sided marketplace and built it end to end as sole technical founder: architecture, full-stack engineering, product, and operations.
His healthcare technology background spans population health analytics, value-based care, telehealth, and health information exchange, including ONC-certified EHR builds and DIRECT Trust / NHIN certification work.
That combination — operating executive and hands-on builder — is what 4CG's diligence practice is built on. Assessing whether a target's technology is real, whether its engineering organization can deliver the roadmap, and where the product actually stands requires someone who has done both jobs.
